Job Summary
This growing company based in the outskirts of Wakefield, close to the M1 are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. Your role will be to coordinate orders with external suppliers and to keep your customers (business to business) up to date with the progress of their orders and answer any queries they have efficiently and professionally.
Your Daily To Do List Will Look Like This:
* Answer the telephone and emails and deal with first-line queries as quickly as possible and in a professional and polite manner.
* Project-manage the provisioning/implementation of the customer services and provide regular feedback and updates to the customer via telephone and email.
* Liaise with carriers and suppliers to place orders for all products.
* Utilise various portals for the different products and suppliers.
* Record accurate details on Microsoft Dynamics CRM package and billing system.
* Keep all necessary documents updated.
* Liaise with other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery services.
* Escalate internally and externally to suppliers when required to ensure an order or fault is dealt with within agreed timescales.
* Manage the incoming email queues to ensure all customer orders and queries are raised and dealt with in a timely fashion.
* Deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers at all times.
Experience
* Proven experience in a customer service role is essential.
* Ability to analyse situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
* Experience of administration and maintaining accurate records.
