About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our team in Peterborough. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Brand Manager to shape and implement brand strategies, drive marketing initiatives, and support the development of an innovative product pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Marketing: Collaborate on the development and execution of brand strategies to ensure commercial growth. Plan and manage marketing campaigns with in-house creatives and external agencies. Oversee content creation, influencer partnerships, and social media scheduling. Analyse ROI and marketing data to refine strategies. Sales & Commercial Management: Present and manage brand activities with key UK and international customers. Support sales teams with tailored brand presentations and updates. Product Development (NPD): Drive the ideation and development of new products. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including buyers, R&D, and suppliers. Performance Monitoring: Analyse and report on brand performance using tools like EPOS and IRI. Identify high and low-performing products and adjust strategies accordingly. What We’re Looking For: Strong communicator with creativity and commercial awareness. Proficiency in social media platforms and a passion for digital marketing. Highly numerical with advanced Excel skills. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative, professional, and adaptable team player. Qualifications: Degree (2:1 or equivalent) or relevant experience. FMCG experience, ideally in the health and beauty sector, is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Word. Full driving license is essential.
