Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in South East Asia.
2. Lead and manage a team of advertising professionals, including account managers, media planners, and creative specialists.
3. Oversee the end-to-end advertising process, from market research and campaign planning to execution and performance analysis.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored advertising solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align advertising efforts with overall business goals.
6. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and optimize advertising strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and industry best practices.
8. Manage and optimize advertising budgets and resources for maximum ROI.
9. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on advertising performance, insights, and recommendations.
10. Lead a people workstream within the wider International Expansion organisation to foster culture and collaboration across teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Significant experience in the advertising industry, with a proven track record of leading and managing successful advertising campaigns.
3. Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms, programmatic advertising, and emerging advertising technologies.
4. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
5. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
7. Experience working in the Singapore market or a similar regional context is highly desirable.
8. Proficiency in relevant advertising tools and software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience working with travel / tourism customers on planning global ad campaigns.
