HR Administrator/Assistant 6-Month FTC
We are seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join our clients dynamic team in Glasgow. This role will support the HR team in delivering seamless HR services to employees and partners while contributing to key recruitment, training, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
* Support recruitment, including scheduling interviews and tracking applications.
* Generate reports and maintain HR systems.
* Provide administrative support across the recruitment cycle.
* Coordinate training schedules and materials with external providers.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
* Manage onboarding, leaver processes, and changes to employee terms.
About You:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude and excellent attention to detail.
* Confident in Excel and using HR systems.
* Prior experience as an HR Assistant is essential.
