Job Title: Payroll Team Leader
Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Wiltshire, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the payroll team, ensuring effective operations and high standards of performance.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging potential new clients to foster business growth.
Oversee the payroll preparation and processing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and requirements throughout the payroll process.
Serve as the main point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from clients, management, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain detailed payroll reports for internal and external purposes.
Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of payroll data. Skills & Experience Required:
At least 5 years of experience in payroll management.
Comprehensive knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficient in using BrightPay and BrightPay Connect.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll information.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.  ...
