Role: Commercial Account Handler
Contract: Part time (C20 hours)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Commercial Account Handler to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Insurance team in providing excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Commercial Insurance team to manage a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional account handling services.
* Assist in processing insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements.
* Review client accounts and identify potential coverage gaps or additional insurance needs.
* Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
* Provide support and expertise to clients on insurance products, claims, and risk management.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in commercial insurance and account handling.
* Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products and coverages.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
* Professional certifications such as CII or ACII are a plus.
* Part-time availability with flexibility to work during standard business hours.
Day-to-day
* Collaborate with the Commercial Insurance team to review client accounts and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
* Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for policy processing and underwriting.
* Liaise with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the best coverage options for clients.
* Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
