You must hold a current registration with NMC. The successful candidate will be required to provide strong clinical, managerial and professional leadership to nurses working within specific Citywide Community Nursing Teams. The successful candidate will also provide leadership and specialist support to ensure the Senior Nurse Team has a strategic vision for workforce planning to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care through the implementation of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act.
