Luxury Watch Repairs are a leading, brand accredited watch service centre with locations in Central London and Harvey Nichols (Manchester). We are an official service centre for 10 major brands including Cartier and Tag Heuer.
Customer service is at the forefront of our company and ensuring our customers have an outstanding end to end experience is paramount to everything we do.
We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Head Office team in Central London.
The successful candidate will be articulate & be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills. Superb telephone and email manner are essential.
Daily duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Assist existing and new customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Liaise with customers to discuss queries relating to quotes
* Providing updates and raising support tickets
* Ability to patiently listen attentively to customer requirements and assist them accordingly
* Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team member, where necessary
* Responding to allocated emails
* Carry out follow up calls to customers and address any queries or concerns they may have
* Reporting directly to Head of Customer Service
* Passing customer feedback to the appropriate head of department, in order to constantly improve our service

Training will be provided and no prior experience of watches is required, but is preferable.
You will ideally have had at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role and be able to show examples of how your personality and initiative are going to help you excel within this role.
