Our client is an established law firm who have recently set up new offices in Milton Keynes. Experts in Conveyancing, including mortgage and transfer of equity, the firm is rapidly expanding.
Due to growth, our client is currently hiring experienced Conveyancing Paralegals. Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be handling cases that are distributed amongst the team and will be set targets to reach the overall team target.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced and is looking for a new challenge. The hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee a case load of client files including leasehold sales and purchases
* Take instructions from clients and prepare detailed attendance notes
* Prepare and review contracts and supporting title documentation
* Draft documents, letters and reports whilst preparing and updating completion statements
* Process exchange of contracts and post completion documentation
* Prepare and submit SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) forms
* Carry out additional administrative tasks, including taking phone calls, answering routine correspondence, conducting file reviews, archiving, and filing
Criteria:
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience is essential
* Previous experience in Case Handling is essential
* Proven experience of working within a demanding and pressurised environment
* Ability to manage complex cases and cope effectively in demanding circumstances
* Proven experience within a target driven environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* A self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
