Account Manager
The Role
My client is an exciting well established B2B software business based in Oxfordshire with an impressive list of clients. They are seeking an Account Manager to establish, nurture and grow existing client accounts across the business.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering guidance, assistance, and troubleshooting support
* Onboard new customers, providing training and support
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner businesses
* Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, identify opportunities for upselling or expansion, and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
🌟 Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience within a B2B Account Management position
* Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
* Demonstrable experience of developing and growing existing client accounts
* Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
📦 The Package
* Basic salary £40,000-£50,000
* 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 with long service
