We are currently looking to add Senior/Recruitment Consultants to join our Team in line with our enormous plans for expansion! We are seeking driven, credible recruiting professionals that thrive in sales, have an appetite for delivering results and of course, enjoy the amazing financial return! The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strategic approach to winning new business, and also have a clear passion for the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
2. Identify and follow up on leads to generate new business
3. Conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
4. Conduct canvassing activities to find suitable vacancies for newly registered and/or newly available candidates
5. Understand and meet all weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets
6. Identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue, strengthening and forging lasting client relationships
7. Attend client meetings to strengthen understanding of the organisation and the roles they have
8. Network across all client events and attend industry-related conferences
9. Implement sourcing strategies to find and attract the best talent for the client's requirements
10. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
11. Post job ads, screen CVs, interview candidates and guide them through the process
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Previous recruitment agency experience (either as a 360 consultant or in a business development role) and a real hunger to succeed in sales
2. Enjoy developing new business, growing relationships with existing clients, networking, and winning business
3. Ambitious with a success-driven nature, confident in a results-oriented environment where you will be financially targeted and are keen to always work to a competitive advantage
4. The ambition to drive delivery in a positive and professional manner
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills
6. Ability to work to tight deadlines
