An opportunity has arisen for flexible, highly motivated individuals to join the theatre team at the Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, working with and supporting the Nursing and Medical team. Previous theatre experience is not essential as there is a comprehensive training programme in place, however previous experience in a care environment is essential. Successful candidate will be expected to work across the trust when required.

Support qualified staff in provision of care to patients in the operating theatre,
incorporating clerical and cleaning duties.
To work with qualified theatre team members to assist in the safe provision of services to the patients.
We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, in addition to our state-of-the-art Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, the first of its kind in England.
