What's on Offer?
1. Competitive Salary: £34,000 - £37,500 base salary
2. Bonuses & Overtime: Generous earnings potential beyond your basic salary
3. Hours: 40 hours per week
4. Weekend Rota: Currently 1 in 3 weekends, but soon transitioning to a 1 in 4 rotation

Your Role as a Vehicle Technician:
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of vehicles. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a passion for the automotive industry are key.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Performing routine servicing, inspections, and repairs
2. Conducting diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
3. Working efficiently to manufacturer and dealership standards
4. Collaborating with the wider service team to ensure smooth workshop operations
5. Keeping up to date with technical advancements through ongoing training
Who We're Looking For:
1. Qualified Technician: Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
2. Experience: Previous experience working within a dealership or a high-quality independent garage
3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems and diagnostic tools
4. Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards
5. Team Player: Willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to the workshop's success
