Overview
Reaseheath College is a forward thinking and dynamic College providing an excellent educational experience to over 4,500 students a year. Our staff and students have access to leading edge facilities including an Equestrian Centre, competition arenas and solarium, equissage and magnotherapy. In particular, our Equestrian Centre boasts of carefully designed modern yards, including American barn-style stabling, which accommodates over 60 horses.
About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Administrator to join our Equine Department. The Programme Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Department with administrative duties as well as being a point of contact to students and parents where appropriate.
Key responsibilities:
Work with Registry and MIS to ensure that student records and results are accurately maintained.
Provide information as required to students and/ or parents in an efficient and timely manner.
Support the Curriculum Area Manager and other Course Managers with administrative duties.
Maintain accurate information by updating spreadsheets, databases and records as appropriate.
Support the commercial side of the department with course administration.
The successful candidate will:
Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent.
Educated to Level 3 or significant experience of working in an administrative role.
IT skills in MS office Applications including high level of proficiency in Excel and databases/MI systems.
Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records.
Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
