Job Overview The Discharge Lounge is seeking to recruit a flexible, energetic and self motivated registered nurse to join a conscientious team delivering safe discharge planning. The discharge team works with the wards and the site team, supporting patient flow across the Trust to ease pressures elsewhere in the Hospital to help patients get to their discharge destination safely. An independent thinker, working alongside a dynamic and proactive small team of nurses and health care assistants. Keen to maintain their professional growth with the interest of self development and pride in their CPD.
