18 Recruitment are looking for a Property Safety Administrator for their client in Stratford upon Avon.
The role will involve:
1. Creating works orders for various functions
2. Liaising with internal teams and external contractors to facilitate necessary works
3. Providing administrative support for the clients' processes to ensure property safety works are completed in properties where customers are refusing access.
4. Arranging access for site visits
5. Collating compliance certification and records
6. Facilitating and communicating urgent referrals in relation to property safety works
7. Organising and minuting contractor meetings
8. Handling property safety related phone calls/enquiries and customer communication
9. Processing and recording invoices
10. Formatting policy and procedure documentation
11. Monitoring and updating records relating to various functions
12. General Administration.
Ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role!
Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm - in the office at least 2 days a week.
GBP16.37 p/h PAYE UMB.
