HR Business Partner
I am looking for a HR Business Partner who can provide an internal HR consultancy service to line management across the entire remit of HR management activity. The main responsibilities of the HR Business Partner would be to support and drive HR related changes, to understand key business drivers and proactively support the business, and to coach and develop line managers' ability to competently deal with all related HR matters.
HR Business Partner Responsibilities:
* Ensuring line managers work in accordance with HR processes.
* Providing support, guidance, training, and coaching to managers for all aspects of HR.
* Reviewing, approving, and processing requests for new positions and filling vacancies in a timely manner.
* Supporting implementations of business and HR strategies.
* Ensuring that the HR employee database is maintained and date is kept up to date.
* Supporting line management to identify employee training needs.
* Providing coaching to line managers.
* Assisting with the recruitment and interviewing of key positions when required.
* Assisting the HR Advisory outsourcing proivder to ensure that the business is seeking advisory guidance for all HR areas.
HR Business Partner Requirements:
* Previous experience within a HR generalist role working at a senior level
* Experience within the following: delivering training & development programmes to managers, working within a global organisation and a diverse HR environment.
* Full UK driving licence - travel required to support UK wide business areas
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and legislation
System Knowledge:
* Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* SAP (or similar system)
The HR Business Partner opportunity is a full time permanent position offering the annual salary of £55k + bonus scheme + car allowance. This positions offers a flexible pension scheme and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
