Commercial Property Solicitor, 8+ PQE, West Midlands, £Excellent, Generous Benefits.
This is a full-service law firm in the West Midlands, who have a well-established presence throughout the county acting for private individuals, families in business and organisations. The appointed solicitor will be passionate about operational excellence, generating work opportunities through great service delivery and improving the client experience.

As part of the partners programme of expansion, they are currently recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE to join their Commercial Property team.
This well-established commercial property team offers cost-effective, pragmatic and commercial advice with years’ experience in dealing with all types of property transactions, from small leases of office space to high value and complex multi-million pound property acquisitions or disposals.
The role requires:
1. Competence in handling commercial property matters.
2. Expertise in dealing with property development including options and promotion agreements.
3. The ability to manage an existing caseload and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client care.
The successful solicitor will have a good academic background and will have gained commercial property experience within well-respected firms. They will be skilled at building lasting working relationships with clients, willing to play an active role in the team’s business development activities and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the Commercial Property team’s ongoing success. This role involves acting for a wide variety of clients including property investors and developers, landowners and banks. As a result, the work is varied and stimulating with the opportunity to develop skills in all areas of property development, investment and ownership.
