We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised General Admin Assistant to join our team at the Executive Office in Baddow. The successful candidate will be fully fluent in MS Office and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
2. Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
5. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
6. Support the team with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
2. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
