Robert Half are working with a long-established and reputable business is seeking an interim Marketing Manager to start ASAP and deliver immediate impact. This fast-paced role requires a B2B and e-commerce marketing expert who can hit the ground running, take ownership of key initiatives, and drive results from day one. The role is fully office based and paying £150 - £190 per day DOE. This role will suit a contractor, or a marketing professional who is immediately available and could consider the role permanently. The Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll lead B2B and e-commerce marketing strategies, supporting lead generation, sales activation, and brand growth. Key responsibilities include: Lead Generation & B2B Sales Activation - Drive awareness, acquire new customers, and support sales teams. E-Commerce Growth - Optimise website performance, SEO, and paid media to increase direct-to-consumer sales. Campaign Development - Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns with measurable results. CRM & Customer Engagement - Manage digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media to boost engagement. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with sales teams, agencies, and distributors to align strategies. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in B2B and e-commerce marketing, with a commercial, results-driven mindset. Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, and CRM strategies. Able to quickly assess, plan, and execute high-impact marketing initiatives. Hands-on with SEO, paid media, website optimisation, and AI-driven marketing tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Available immediately and ready to make an impact.
