Position: Band-6 Mental Health Practitioner
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part-time options available) ...
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible days considered)
Location: Tameside
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments and prioritise appointments
2. Provide urgent evaluations for acute mental health issues
3. Develop and implement management plans, follow-up care, and referrals, including fast-tracking to specialist services
4. Offer brief crisis interventions and follow-up appointments
5. Deliver brief psychological interventions for mental health concerns
