Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is initially self-employed with an opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping manage a small cleaning team, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless, and overseeing the team's work. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You must be reliable, able to work Monday to Friday, with some weekend work, and be flexible to help last minute when needed. We look after our team very well and want someone to grow with our company and share our passion for delivering excellent cleaning services. We have a variety of work from domestic and commercial cleans, end of tenancy, and deep cleans.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
* Ability to communicate fluently in English is required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* A valid driver's licence is essential to travel between sites.
* Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive image of the company.
* Supervising experience: 2 years (required)
* Customer service: 5 years (required)
