The Thrive Group is currently looking to recruit mechanically minded Machine Operators to work in a fast-paced production environment. The role is an ongoing long-term temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for high-caliber workers.
Shifts: 6-2/2-10pm/10pm-6am (Rotating) - You must be able to work all 3 shifts.
Pay: £11.44 p/h for the first 12 weeks (overtime available)
Location: Bradford
The Candidate:
1. Have strong experience working in a production environment
2. Be mechanically minded and understand the machines they are working on, and be able to self-diagnose when things go wrong
3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
4. Be very experienced in operating machines
5. Fit and healthy and used to heavy lifting
Job Role:
1. Operating machinery
2. Checking products first and last off
3. Self-diagnosing machines when working
4. Attempting to fix minor problems
