About the Role
As a key part of our Manufacturing Team, you will be involved in manufacturing and detailing composite panels up to 9m in length to a high standard of quality.
You will be responsible for the manufacturing of panels / components as detailed within Land Systems work instructions, engineering drawings, work requests and verbal instructions, internal and external processes and procedures. This will include certification of own work when applicable.

11. Aluminium Cutting
12. Plywood cutting
13. Foam cutting
14. Panel Laminating
15. Assembly activities
16. Detailing of Panels
17. Following written instructions or working to drawings
18. Working as part of a team.
19. Using online booking system for booking on and off job tickets.
20. Working to budget and identifying any related issues
21. Assisting line supervision in the supervision of Apprentices / Trainees when required.

Experience/ Technical Competence:
26. Experience in Manufacturing / fabrication or equivalent trade is preferred but not essential.
27. The ability to read and understand Engineering drawings is required.
28. Experience in Composite panel manufacture is preferred.
29. Flexible and reliable approach to work
30. Understanding and experience in Manufacturing and Assembly processes and techniques is preferred.
31. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5s techniques.
32. Awareness of Health and Safety, Fire and Environmental Policies.
