Are you an independent, proactive, and results-driven Sales / Lead Generation Specialist? Your success in this role will be measured by driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential and existing dealers.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and be prepared to engage with both new and existing customers. You understand that speaking with customers is how you build long-lasting rapport and create new opportunities. You will have strong analytical and reporting skills and enjoy achieving KPIs, including sales performance metrics and achieving a high volume of outbound calls per day.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephone contact.
* Generate new leads and prospect for new dealers to build new business via an ongoing quote pipeline. Maintain and develop existing dealer base through trusted relationship management.
* Learn and maintain a strong working knowledge of the entire Adam Equipment product catalogue. Strive to become a product expert.
* Answer inbound phone calls and emails to advise customers on product options and any order-related questions.
* Make outbound phone calls to an assigned dealer base and prospective new dealers with a focus on establishing new partners and growing revenue.
* Analyze business issues and business cycles to identify products and services to meet those needs, create persuasive sales proposals, and overcome objections, issues, or concerns.
* Prepare high-quality written proposals and sales quotes.
* Provide sales support to outside sales / Business Development Managers.
* Maintain all contacts, leads, opportunities, quotes, lost sales, phone calls, emails, and meeting notes within CRM system.
* Submit monthly sales reports and forecasts, as well as advise management of opportunities and trends from the market.
* Increase revenue and profit with assigned dealers to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
* Adhere to and uphold all Adam Equipment policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Requirements
* Previous inside sales experience
* Bilingual in Spanish
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling sales presentations.
* Above average verbal communication skills to build rapport over the phone.
* Ability to organize effectively, prioritize work, and concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
* Self-motivated to win business and ambition to exceed targets.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Some minimal travel for trade shows.
