We're looking for a wonderful Appointment Coordinator to come and join our team in Venture Studios Leamington Spa.
You will be calling our potential clients, educating them on the Venture Experience and booking them into our busy diary. You'll be getting our customers excited, educated, and will help with the photo shoot by developing ideas and getting to know them over the telephone before they come in.
The role also involves you taking care of our clients when they arrive for their appointments, putting them at ease for the photography shoot or viewing. Day to day general inquiries will form part of your role, as well as some admin and excel inputting tasks and unveiling the clients' finished products when they arrive to collect them.

You need to be confident on the phone and face to face. You must be tenacious, someone who is positive and resilient who relishes the challenge of building new relationships and new business opportunities. In return you get to work with a great team, see all of the stunning work we produce, and help prep the clients before our photographers create the work.
A high level of motivation and enthusiasm is a must as well as an ability to effectively communicate with an excellent telephone manner, expressing ideas clearly and confidently. An outgoing and approachable person, you will be driven, self-motivated and confident. You will be honest, reliable and smart in appearance, whilst being flexible and willing to go that extra mile. Relevant experience and any special skills are welcomed, and a proven ability of dealing with customers over the telephone and face to face would be advantageous.

For Full Time, we're looking for someone to cover our busiest days - Tuesday to Saturday.
