What you'll do
You’ll work on both internal and client projects within teams ranging from 2 to 30+ members, gaining exposure to diverse industries. Projects are resourced nationally, so travel may be required. When not on a project, you'll be based at your home office.

Programme Overview
Start with an inclusive and engaging induction that introduces our business operations and market approach. You'll develop the mindset, knowledge, skills, and behaviors essential for today's Consulting business.
Year 1: Internal Projects Spend your first year on internal projects to understand how the Consulting business operates and to enhance your skills and industry knowledge.
Year 2: Client Exposure In your second year, gain exposure to client work across various industries. Support client project teams with research, data collection and analysis, project management, and report writing. Benefit from on-the-job experience and expert coaching.
Qualifications Complete PwC’s Junior Management Consulting programme and a Level 4 apprenticeship, with our support for your studies while working with internal teams.
Career Progression After the scheme, you'll go through a promotion process to assess your eligibility for the Management Consulting graduate programme. If successful, you'll advance to the next stage of your career.

What you'll need
Minimum requirements are 112 UCAS tariff from up to three full A-Levels or equivalent (not including General Studies or Critical Thinking), and a Grade C or 4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Mathematics.
Exams must have been taken in the same sitting and resits are accepted only where modules or papers have been retaken in the same academic year. If you have any extenuating circumstances related to your exam marks or the sequencing of your exams, please declare this on your application and this will be considered as we review your application.
