Benefits Working from home / remote working Impressive training program Excellent additional benefits About the Role As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer value and B2B sales across various industry segments in the UK. In the role, (home office based), you will be part of a global sales team, working directly under the International Sales Manager. Your role will involve building strong relationships with current and potential customers, leveraging your negotiation skills and technical knowledge of coatings and anticorrosion preservation techniques. This is a remote working role. What Youll Do: Manage and meet annual sales goals, conducting regular sales analysis. The Sales Manager will generate new business from potential customers and projects. (Remote working) Maintain customer relations, respond to inquiries, negotiate prices, and complete sales orders. Develop long-term sales strategies for key accounts and clients, adjusting activities to meet targets. The Sales Manager will create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans. Travel for client meetings, conferences, and other trade-related activities. Set your own goals and create a timetable to achieve them. Discuss technical aspects of our products and provide training to applicators at construction sites or coating facilities. About You The National Sales Manager will have a background in Sales, Previous technical or sales experience in a similar field would be a strong advantage. Your Responsibilities: The National Sales Manager will have strong communication and presentation skills. Technical or sales education/training is desirable. Ability to work independently and solve problems. Understanding of basic business practices including profit and loss analysis, tenders, and sales contracts. The National Sales Manager will have fluency in spoken and written English.
