This role is working within grocery retail managing both private label and branded food opportunities across a new number of key customer accounts.
I’m interested in speaking to National Account Managers, Account Executives, and Commercial Executives with experience in managing and developing key grocery retailer accounts.
At every level we’re looking for people with drive, ambition, and a real interest in food. You’re the type of person who notices products on shelves, mentally notes the competition, spots gaps, and growth potential.
This branded and private label food business works with the major grocery retailers. Achievable business growth through innovative product launches, re-launches, and new business opportunities are realistic. The Commercial team drives this growth, and you will play a key part.
It’s a collaborative business with a proactive and entrepreneurial drive. Joining as a National Account Manager, you’ll be managing a large retailer account, with the autonomy you need to forge strong customer relationships and identify and deliver growth.
If you’re at Commercial or Account Executive level, you’ll provide resource to the SNAM and NAM, giving you touchpoints across the account spread, allowing you to broaden your knowledge and learn from your colleagues.
For either role, we’re looking for…
1. Current account management or exposure in the food industry
2. Sales, account growth, development within grocery retail
3. Negotiation skills, self-driven, commercially savvy, and focussed on the end-goal
These roles are primarily office-based with the option of one to two days a week homebased, based on business needs.
