A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Dumfries.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for:
1. Undertaking initial assessments for new service users to ensure they receive person-centered care.
2. Promptly reporting to the care manager any relevant issues concerning the care of service users.
3. Monitoring work standards of a team of care workers, including specialist teams where appropriate.
4. Assisting with the maintenance of records, in written or computerized format, as specified within procedures or as requested by care coordinators, ensuring compliance with Balmoral Health and Social Care policies and procedures.
5. Deputizing in the absence of the care coordinator and care manager.
6. Providing cover in other areas as and when required.
7. Participating in a backup on-call rota, helping to deliver care in emergency situations.
The right candidate will need to be:
Sociable, flexible, and committed, with previous experience in a care role. Holding a driver's license and having access to your own vehicle is essential.
