The opportunity:
We are seeking to recruit a Field Service Planner for a 14 month Maternity Cover who will be responsible for round planning and route efficiency of our Exterior Field service technicians. [
Location & Hours:
The role is permanent and based out of our beautiful HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. Working hours are 40 hours per week and we offer agile working whereby you can work 1 day from home.
Key deliverables:
* Takes total ownership of all visits in their region.
* Builds good relationships with technicians to effectively plan schedules
* Maintains accurate operational master-data for their region.
* Works closely with other departments to ensure a high-level service to clients, including gathering updates from other departments including installation and procurement that may affect demand.
* Contributes to the development operational processes to ensure efficient performance.
* Supports regional team, Helpdesk and Service Manager when help is required.
