This growing Highland firm currently have a need for an Employment Solicitor. You should have experience of working autonomously and be keen to develop your career with the firm. You will advise on a full range of employment issues, including:
1. unfair dismissal
2. redundancy
3. discipline and grievance
4. discrimination
5. settlement agreements
6. constructive dismissal
7. restrictive covenants
The firm is keen to hear from candidates at the 1 -7 years’ PQE level and who have strong employment law experience. Previous experience of business development would be beneficial.
