The role

As a key member of our team, you’ll handle a variety of clerical, record-keeping, and word processing tasks that directly contribute to achieving our policing plan objectives and service level agreements. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will help ensure our team meets its goals and maintains the highest standards of service. What you’ll do
1. Update new formats for documents, develop simple spreadsheets and input data to various computerised systems, including spreadsheets and databases, in support of the upkeep of information systems and the provision of information.
2. Operate and maintain local computerised databases to contribute to the collection, collation and dissemination of information.
3. Carry out a range of clerical duties in relation to administrative support thereby assisting with the effective operation of the department.
4. Receive and action personal and telephone enquiries in an appropriate and courteous manner referring or redirecting to relevant staff when required to ensure complete customer satisfaction
