Support Analyst – This well-established Technology company is experiencing huge growth as they continue their expansion. They have an exciting new opportunity in their Support team, which operates a very friendly, collaborative and open working model. As well as daily client interaction, the team lies at the heart of a busy operation and the job will see you interfacing with: project managers, software engineers, sales & marketing, and a data team. This varied opportunity has a focus on customer support, testing, and system configuration for new and existing clients: 30-40% Customer support work – typically email and web portal, with some phone support 40% Testing – changes, new releases, log work 20% Projects – e.g. configuring new systems for client implementation work Support Analyst – the person: The company is growing and would like someone who wants to be part of their journey, a person who can really settle into this role, learn and grow with it for the long-term. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with: Customer Technical Support experience (e.g. IT support) Strong MS Excel Good MS Word An understanding of data concepts XML skills useful SQL skills useful (please note, this is not a software developer role) Any local government legislation experience useful BS27001 experience useful Location : To begin with (for the initial 2-3mths) this is a an office-based role, while you are training and get up to speed. Going forward, the team works in a hybrid fashion, typically coming in to the office 2 days per week. Salary varied: £25,000 to £34,000, depending on experience.
