Area Sales Manager

The Role:
We’re on the hunt for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth and develop the business across the middle belt of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building and maintaining strong client relationships, not just chasing numbers but genuinely investing in meaningful connections with key decision-makers in the holiday park sector. A key part of the role will involve engaging with clients socially—think dinners, events, and networking opportunities to secure and retain business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing Your Territory: Taking ownership of your assigned region, you’ll actively seek new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximise revenue.
* Building Relationships: Delivering exceptional customer service and understanding each client’s unique needs. You’ll offer tailored product solutions and develop long-term partnerships.
* Sales Strategy: Planning and conducting regular client visits, using sales data to identify trends and create impactful strategies to drive product awareness and engagement.
* Product Showcasing: Hosting client meetings, leading product demonstrations, and representing the brand at trade shows to highlight the quality and value of the products.
* Market Awareness: Keeping an eye on market trends and feeding valuable insights back to the business, while ensuring all interactions are recorded in the CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
* Sales Experience: You’ll ideally come from a sales background within leisure, hospitality, or home products, with experience managing a sales territory and driving growth.
* Relationship-Focused: You understand the importance of building and maintaining relationships, and you’re comfortable with the social aspects of sales, like entertaining clients.
* Self-Starter: You’re motivated, work well independently, and know how to manage your time to meet and exceed targets.
* Excellent Communicator: You can engage confidently with senior-level clients and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Detail-Oriented: You’re thorough in everything you do, from creating presentations to following up with clients.
The Perks:
* Salary: Up to £50,000, depending on experience.
* Bonus: Uncapped bonus structure, with realistic yearly earnings of £75,000 - £80,000 or more.
