We are seeking an exceptional strategic leader to take overall responsibility for Dudley Council’s physical assets, including housing, corporate, commercial, community, and land holdings. As Group Director – Housing & Assets, you will drive the transformation of our assets and build programmes, ensuring they are underpinned by an integrated corporate landlord function. This function will focus on efficiency, legal compliance, community needs, and maximising returns on investment for the Borough.
