Part Time PA £27,000 - £30,000 (pro rata) Birmingham City Centre ( Hybrid after initial training ) Our client is seeking a dedicated Part Time PA to join their team and support the efficient daily operations of the office. This role is essential to managing key administrative tasks, organising events, and supporting the organisations charitable activities. Were looking for a proactive, well-organised individual who thrives independently and enjoys contributing to meaningful causes. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and respond to charity-related inquiries with professionalism. Manage the charity's inbox, ensuring timely, courteous, and accurate communication. Oversee back-office administration for events, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and providing regular updates. Maintain a current and comprehensive contact database for Trustees, Patrons, volunteers, partner organisations, and contributors. Manage the grants process, including receiving and organising applications, coordinating assessment meetings, and keeping accurate records. Arrange Trustee and fundraising meetings, distributing agendas/documents at least 7 days in advance, and attend meetings to take detailed minutes. Provide general clerical support, including drafting letters and preparing reports. Ideal Candidate: Possesses excellent administrative and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Computer savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems. Strong written skills for drafting documents and taking meeting minutes. Great verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Able to work independently with minimal supervision when required. Familiarity with social media platforms for posting updates and events, or willingness to flag tasks to the team. Experience with platforms like Ticketmaster or Eventbrite for booking and managing event attendance is a plus. The Part Time PA will be able to work 21 - 25 hours per week and be flexible with days needed for the charity events. Interested to know more?
