Description Looking after monthly (in-house) payroll Administration around expenses, pensions, renewals of benefits Checking over payroll details input from HR Addressing payroll queries from employees and colleagues Assisting in the preparation of reports Processing and collating payroll related information Maintaining employee payroll record Working closely with the HR team for any payroll changes Contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll processes Supporting the payroll manager with any additional tasks or project work Effectively covering certain duties on behalf of payroll manager in their absence Profile A successful Senior Payroll candidate should have: A strong understanding of payroll processes Great communication skills and be able to speak to people on all levels Be highly adaptable Initiative and work well towards deadlines Understand legislation and the new UK budget/commercial knowledge High attention to detail Excellent organisational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good with Excel Job Offer Salary ranging £32,000 - £36,000 per annum Life insurance Opportunity to work from home one day a week after probation Development and growth opportunities within the company The ability to get involved with more than just payroll If you are a team player with a knack for numbers and a passion for payroll, we would love to hear from you.
