Programme Manager is required on a contract basis for a leading international staffing / recruitment organisation to review their global contracting business and its future product development.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong project / programme management background with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and will be able to bring them together in one programme of work using agreed change methodologies and governance frameworks.
You will have:
1. Programme management experience (ideally within a staffing / recruitment context).
2. Hands-on business / data analysis skills.
3. Experience with gap analysis / running risk assessments.
4. Experience working internationally / within global functions.
5. Experience working in a matrixed organisation.
