Retail Store Assistant
£12.21 per hour plus benefits

Working hours: Part-time 15 hours per week

Role overview: We are looking for a motivated store assistant to join our trading team. You will act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, engaging with the community and representing our brand and initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Providing excellent customer and supporter service.
2. Working as part of the shop team to meet sales and fundraising goals.
3. Maintaining shop standards, including visual presentation, safeguarding, and health and safety compliance.
4. Building relationships with the community and colleagues.
5. Supporting fundraising events to meet targets.
6. Taking keyholder responsibilities (training provided).
7. Performing manual handling and physical activities as required.
Candidate requirements:
* Understanding of great customer service.
* Experience in a busy customer service environment.
* Ability to manage workload independently.
* Teamwork skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Flexibility to work on a rota basis, balancing work and personal life.
