The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record managing children's homes. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the setup of two new two-bedroom homes within the Chorley area.
The organisation puts children at the centre of all we do and works closely with the therapeutic team to ensure that we achieve outstanding outcomes for children.
As an organisation, we understand that staff are our key asset, and we want to invest in our team members to help them grow and develop with the organisation.
The role will involve opening a 2-bedroom home and then opening another shortly after under dual registration.
The Salary is up to £65,000.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the home is operating within safeguarding guidelines.
* Manage day-to-day running of the home.
* All responsibilities as homes manager.
* Support recruitment and staff development.
* Ensure that the home operates in line with all current legislation.
* On-call responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Level 5 Leadership and Management Children's Residential (or equivalent).
* Strong leadership skills.
