Where possible, negotiate affordable payments or arrangements to bring accounts up to date promptly. Description Reach out to custoerms via phone, email or letters to recover overdue payments. Work with customers to set up affordable repayment arrangements while ensuring compliance with policy. Provide supprt and guidance on finaical difficulties, offering solutions to help customers manage debt. Update customer accounts with payment arrangements, conversations and action taken. Adhere to indusdtry regulations and complaies policies. Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Work closely with the team to meet taregets.
