We seek an experienced, enthusiastic and innovative ICT Service Desk Manger to lead and support our ICT Service Desk.
As a dedicated and skilled customer-focused specialist, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing support to our users across the service. Your duties will include managing the ICT service desk and ensuring the provision of outstanding user support, tools, and systems.
You will have experience in a similar role and have a good knowledge of ICT systems such as Microsoft Office, Windows operating system, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Office 365 administration.
You will actively engage with users, ICT peers, suppliers, and partners. Effective communication and relationship-building skills, proven leadership, and commercial acumen are essential.
This role involves leading, motivating, and developing the ICT Service Desk team to achieve effective positive outcomes and exploring innovative approaches to enhance departmental efficiency. The position demands a professional attitude, strong engagement skills at all levels, and the ability to work proactively to anticipate the needs of the Service.
