Bureau Manager – Tesco Travel Money

Salary: £27,105 + Location Allowance (£877.50) + Bonus P/A
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly rota.

Role Overview:
As an integral part of Tesco Travel Money, you will be placed on-site in one of our bustling Bureaus situated within a Tesco retail store. Thousands of customers will step foot through the door each day, looking for help and guidance on all aspects of foreign exchange. We want to not only be the preferred provider of foreign exchange but also to deliver detailed and concise advice paired with an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a team of Travel Service Partners to deliver the best possible customer experience.
2. Nurturing and mentoring the team to maintain high levels of customer service.
3. Reviewing customer feedback and implementing processes to improve outputs.
4. Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Delivering on key performance goals both procedural and customer focused.
6. Processing daily online FX requests and deliveries.
7. Implementing best legal practices and adhering to compliance procedures.
Qualifications:
1. A passion for leading and galvanising teams to deliver on targets.
2. Great communicator and motivator with relationship-building skills.
3. Strong focus on customer service and understanding its importance.
4. Desire to succeed and make a difference.
Interview Process:
1. Initial screening call by Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
2. Online interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner.
3. Bureau visit to meet the Area Manager and see the working environment.
4. Offer of employment if successful.
