They are searching for a Client Manager to join the team.
Your new role
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
2. Reviewing work of apprentices, Semi Senior and Senior Accountants.
3. Running a portfolio of clients to Partner review.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and personal financial needs.
5. Review and oversee the preparation of bookkeeping records, management accounts, year-end accounts, and statutory accounts.
6. Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and other compliance documents.
7. Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
8. Identify opportunities for clients to improve their financial performance and tax efficiency.
9. Conduct regular client meetings to review financial performance and discuss future strategies.
10. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
11. Stay updated on current tax laws and accounting standards to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
What you'll need to succeed
12. ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
13. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an accountancy practice.
14. Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and accounting standards.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
