Primary Responsibilities
Conduct site set-out work using engineers’ drawings, site surveys, and producing as-built drawings
Analyse and interpret technical drawings for site layouts, material measurements, and project specifications
Oversee subcontractors and the on-site workforce to ensure smooth operations
Develop and implement efficient work plans to meet project timelines
Communicate effectively with client representatives and Design Team members as needed
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
Uphold high-quality standards in all construction activities
Track and manage materials on-site, ensuring accurate records are maintained
Prepare detailed site reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
Candidate Requirements
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering.
Proficient in IT and construction-related software
At least 2 years of on-site experience (experience level may vary by role)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive approach with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting deadlines
Team-oriented with strong organisational skills
Valid full UK driving licence
