Area Sales Manager – North East UK (m/f/d)
Location:
North East UK (covering areas: CA, DH, DL, NE, SR, TS)
As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales in the residential installer channel. Your main goal is to grow our customer base by bringing in new installers and supporting our existing ones. You'll be responsible for promoting the Carrier RLC range of products and ensuring a great experience for our customers.
Field based and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the role will work in a cross functional and collaborative way with all Carrier RLC UK sales teams providing support to develop sales within the existing customer base.
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you'll be responsible for:
1. Sales Growth:
o Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
o Acquire new customers and nurture relationships with existing ones.
2. Product Expertise:
o Explain the features and benefits of our products.
o Guide customers through technical specifications and how our solutions can meet their needs.
3. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and other teams to create a seamless customer experience.
o Gather and share market feedback to help shape our sales and product strategies.
4. Reporting:
o Keep your CRM up-to-date and provide regular sales reports.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience in the heating or heat pump sector.
* Strong technical understanding of heating systems and related products.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with solid commercial awareness.
* Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
