Role Details
Position: Administrator - Permanent Contract
8. Hours: 22.5 hours per week
9. Rate: £13.65 per hour (£16,013pa, pro rata of FTE)
10. Contract: Permanent - Part-time
11. Location: Lovat Fields Village, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED

What will you do as our Administrator?
12. Manage the administration of the recruitment cycle, preparing interview paperwork, onboarding
13. of non-care staff, checking right to work and arranging medical and DBS clearance
14. Maintain personnel files, ensuring GDPR and confidentiality is adhered to.
15. Carrying out compliance and updating policies and procedures
16. Arranging meetings and taking minutes where appropriate
17. Co-ordinating the management of staff absence
18. Raise purchase orders, dealing with petty cash, processing invoices and reconciliation.
19. Additional duties that are in line with the scope of the role
Our ideal Administrator will be:
20. Experienced administrator who can work with conflicting priorities
21. Able to remain customer focused, calm, and work as part of a team
22. Professional and able to maintain confidentiality
23. Competent in Microsoft applications, Outlook and updating systems and databases
24. Bookkeeping experience, invoicing, petty cash, banking.
25. The ability to communicate confidently, stay organised under pressure
