About the Role
As a Quantitative Developer, you will play a vital role in enhancing trading systems for margin and futures products. The position focuses on developing high-performance algorithms, robust risk management models, and efficient liquidation engines. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technological advancements and optimize trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Algorithm Design: Develop, optimize, and implement trading algorithms and risk management systems tailored for margin and futures trading.
* Trading Systems: Build and maintain front-end and back-end trading platforms, ensuring seamless operation in live environments.
* Strategy Collaboration: Work with traders to align strategies with market opportunities and business goals.
* Innovation & Development: Contribute to new system initiatives and enhance existing infrastructures for scalability and performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python with a proven ability to design high-performance trading systems; C++ experience is an advantage.
* Trading Experience: Demonstrated success in developing algorithms, risk engines, or liquidation tools, particularly for futures or margin products.
* Industry Background: Familiarity with fast-paced trading environments, ideally in digital assets or financial markets.
* Operational Know-How: Skilled in Linux and experienced in managing live applications in high-stakes trading scenarios.
* Team Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with traders, developers, and quantitative analysts.
