Partner with the best The Digital strategy and partnerships Product Manager is responsible for defining the Visual strategy for our digital products and services, including leading forward thinking initiatives in automation and software/analytics as well as defining and identifying technology and industry partnerships to enable long term growth and customer satisfaction. As a Digital Strategy and Partnerships Product Manager, you will be responsible for: Accountable achievement of Visual digital segment growth and enablement Design and implement global industry and segment partnership strategy in collaboration with Visual General Manager, Product Managers and Commercial teams Act as a technology expert, working together with internal and external customers and partners to apply multiple technologies (disciplines) including inspection & sensing, robotics and automation, software & analytics to solve the most challenging applications Drive commercial depth into key segment OEM’s, asset owners, service providers along with key account and commercial teams Define new digital product/service offerings, innovative business models and go to market strategy Together with regional sales, services and product leadership establish plans and actions to drive and initiatives to penetrate our Global and Regional key accounts Help define and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and customer experience, collaborating with Product Lines, Regions and Engineering Help to steer NTI (New Technology Investment) decisions along with product management and engineering, including mapping to product line roadmaps Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in digital product delivery or technology development. Minimum 5 years experience in aerospace or inspection. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
